This blend is best used by injecting 3ml of water into the vial from the water vial. 1 full syringe is 1ml. You then wait for the vial powder content to dissolve ON ITS OWN. DO NOT SHAKE THE VIAL TO MIX POWDER. Once dissolved and clear in color you draw out 0.3 on the syringe each morning before breakfast into the tummy under the skin into the fatty skin layer. This is a total of 30 (3 units) on the syringe a day

I’m getting on to 49 years and have increasingly struggled with joint aches from working out (shoulder mostly, but lately also a knee). I do hypertrophy type training and have been at it for years. (I’ve basically turned into a gym rat, because it offers such a major stress release and coping mechanism for me amidst daily struggles with work, traffic, etc.) I’m obviously long past the years that are ideal for putting on a lot of mass, but I’ve kept on trying to maintain a balanced physique and because I see it as a weak area and really enjoy it I’ve been training legs real hard for the last 10-15 years. Because of the sore knee I’ve picked up this year I’ve decided to give this a try. (Of late I’ve also sporadically have had to take breaks from my workouts because of muscle spasms in my lower back.) I use this in combination with SARMS and have supplemented with a joint support product so it’s difficult to say what exactly to attribute it to, but I have experienced a distinct improvement. The knee mostly only aches if it is cold and I have been sitting in one position for long, but when I move about and during workouts I’m completely unaware of it which definitely wasn’t the case before. Back pain is gone completely. I can do intense leg workouts basically twice a week at full capacity and thanks to stacking with a SARM I even push myself beyond my usual limits.
